This sports tournament bracket ran at the end of Kyodo News faxes in March of 2010. After seeing a similar one in 2017, I did some quick research. It shows the progress of an annual nationwide high school baseball tournament.
All fax signals are tuned 1.9 kHz lower than their listed frequencies.
