And also not to mention that the old board of directors had insurance coverage that was obligated to pay reasonable litigation defense expenses -- but chose not to use it in the case of former director John Murdock's law firm, Epstein Becker & Green, which billed the foundation over $1 million dollars. There was absolutely no reason for the Pacifica Foundation to incur a single penny in fees to defend its directors in these lawsuits.
